Reggaeton Nicky hit creator is already ready to rank his Condo in Miami for $ 4.35 million.

Global music superstar bought the Glam unit for $ 4.1 million just more than one year of action – in March 2024, the post reported earlier.

Born in Boston, Nick Rivera Caminero is a Royal Music Latin who goes under the stage name Nicky Jam – and boasts hits including “x”, “traves”, “Cama” and “Hasta El Amancer”.

The father of four people lost 110 pounds in six months after undergoing a stomach bypass surgery. He is reported to be keeping weight away, feeling happy and healthy, thanks to conscious exercise and eating. His most recent work, “Sunshine”, fell in February – was his first publication under Virgin Music Group and contains collaborations with Geo and 4rain.

And now, he is seeking a change of peace.

“Nicky wants to take a vacation from the living scene in downtown for a while to enjoy the large space, lush greenery and the most calm lifestyle that the suburbs of Miami have to offer,” said Fernando Rodriguez of Douglas Elliman, who shares the list with Miguel Solis.

The three-bedroom, 3.5-banking unit is a 3,100-square-foot spaceus in the luxury Elyse building, in the bay of Biscayne in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami. He boasts the dazzling views of the sewage and the city sky. Even sweeter is a 1,100 square-pilot terrace that also shows the landscape.

Inside, the house opens from a private dilution and contains windows from the floor to the ceiling that frame those visas that issue the jaws.

The 57-storey glass tower, designed by the well-known Brescia Brescia of Arquitectonica, was built in 2021 and comes with 100 units of condo, with interior of the top French stylist Jean-Louis Deniot, who also recently designed the new residents of Waldorf Astoria in New York.

Building facilities include a bayfront lounge and a “birth” pool. There is also a wellness level with a tourist -size lap pool, an outdoor kitchen with a barbeque terrace and a gym.
