After three months for sale, comedian and actress Amy Schumer have lowered the price she sought in her historic city of Brooklyn Heights by $ 1.25 million, resetting the property for $ 12.75 million, according to an updating of the Streteasy List.
The price regulation from the original $ 14 million question comes after Schumer and her husband, Chef Chris Fischer, are preparing to return to Manhattan, citing the logistical challenges with their son’s new school.
“He got into a good school and we’re too lazy to travel 45 minutes to take our son to school every day,” Schumer the Wall Street Journal told the time the residence listed for sale.

Coupleifti hired Michael Van Valkenburgh landscape architect – whose loans include Brooklyn Bridge Park – to fix the backyard. A Spanish brick courtyard was replaced with ground, and the game equipment was added to their 5-year-old son, Gene.
“Not that it’s a tone” of space, Schumer previously told the newspaper. “You know, it’s Brooklyn.”
The multi -storey house contains five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a gym and a wine basement space that Schumer said it exceeds the needs of her small family.
“This is a home that is simply ready for more people,” she said.
Despite her excitement to return to Manhattan, Schumer admitted she would lose her neighborhood in Brooklyn.
“This neighborhood has just been a dream to live here, and I feel too sad to leave.”
On the day the property hit the market in the spring, Schumer, 43, posted a language message in her followers on Instagram: “Best Hood sometimes,” she wrote, adding, “I’m sorry!”
It is unclear if Schumer, whose repetitions did not immediately return the request of the post for comment, made the movement in Manhattan again.
The ranking is represented by Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group, and Karen and Kyle Talbott from Corcoran.
Meanwhile, this is not the first reassessment of Schumer’s real estate.
In 2016, her one -bedroom walk on the upper side of West West woke up on the market for more than a year before it reduced $ 2.07 million to $ 1.62 million. And in 2023, she sold her upper West Side Penthouse for $ 13 million, before her move to Brooklyn.
