Purchase also marks a little a change of real estate.

Strong is on the contract to sell his current residence in 299 West 12th Street-construction designed by Sam Emery Roth, where Cohen just bought a new pentouse for $ 18.21 million, The Post reported.

This unit is reported to contain over 2,000 square meters of outdoor space, something Cohen had long been looking for.

“Outdoor space was the decision! I have always coveted the outdoor space,” Cohen People told. “There is an inventory death in the western village with outdoor space, so when I found something that was significant enough for me to leave my dream apartment … That’s what he got.”
