Bethenny Frankel has quietly sold her 282-year-old Connecticut home for a regular profit.
An out -of -market sale, facilitated by Jeff Jackson by Corcoran Centric Realty, the deal saw that Frankel’s Greenwich’s Greenwich complex changed his hands to $ 7.82 million, according to a release of Tuesday.
Reality star and Skkinnygirl Mogul bought historical wealth, known as Applejack Farm, for $ 4.25 million in 2021.
“Greenwich is an extremely beautiful place, and Applejack Farm is a property once in a lifetime with history and elegance,” she told the post. “I poured my heart to turn it into a true family complex. I love real estate, I find very personal properties, and the family movement has acquired a historical generation gem – one that only 20 families have lived since the 1700s.”
This successful sale, first reported by Architecture Digest, comes while former -New Yorker leaves northeast for the Sun state.
Star Bravo announced her flight to Floridian in April to millions of social media followers. Frankel soon began shopping around her home in Connecticut in a “chosen family group and friends” a week later, Page Six, looking for $ 8 million for the pillow.
